Sixth Grade Community Service Opportunity

Sixth graders are invited to participate in the Hillview community service project at the Clara Mateo Homeless Shelter in Menlo Park.  Clara Mateo provides shelter and food to homeless individuals, couples and families.  Students participate by working a 1 hour shift with their parent or guardian from 5:45 - 6:45 pm once during the school year. Participating students earn Block H points, which are accumulated towards fun events and privileges at Hillview. This unique opportunity is open only to 6th graders.  Please see the link below for more information on how to sign up.  Deadline to sign up is Friday, March 5th.  Questions? Email Angie Holman (angiehol@pacbell.net), Shelly Orlando (sorlan@comcast.net) or Michelle Marini (mmarini3@yahoo.com), Community Service Co-chairs.
