Committee overview, objectives and activities: 

An annual Membership Drive is held to raise funds to pay for its budget of academic enrichment programs. The fund drive takes place primarily during the month of September but donations to the PTO can be submitted at any time during the school year. This is the primary fund raising vehicle of the PTO.

Two easy ways to donate:Image

  1. Donate on-line via PayPal.
  2. Print and fill out the PTO Membership Donation Form and bring or send it to the Hillview office.

Supporting the PTO helps purchase home copies of textbooks, technology and science supplies, and other educational materials.  The PTO funds lunchtime clubs, field trips and grade level events, and helps provide for many other important aspects of your child's education.  But most of all, supporting the PTO affirms YOUR role as a crucially important part of your child's middle school community!

 
A donation at any time of year is always welcome, but gathering donations in the fall allows the Hillview PTO to be responsible in planning its expenditures throughout the '09-'10 school year.  So please, if you haven't done so yet, join the PTO today!
 

A donation of $250 funds your child’s portion of educational enrichment. A donation of any amount, including a minimum membership of $10, is tax deductible (Tax Exempt ID 20-1104928). Our goal is 100% participation!
